Every student can learn. It is my responsibility to create a classroom environment that is conducive to vigorous learning. Students will perform at a high level if they are expected to do so. Providing students with the ability to reason and solve real life problems is critical for the long term success of our future leaders.
Students will rise to the level of expectations that are set for them. When a student is told in concrete terms what his/her expectations are, the expectations become tangible. To develop self-motivated learners, I will attempt to convey the relevance of the subject matter. Once a student believes that the material is beneficial to them, they will grasp tightly and seek more.
